Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and reporting mechanisms for successful project completion.
  • Conduct project assessments, attend kick-off meetings, and prepare project organization charts and resource plans.
  • Review project schedules, develop site infrastructure requirements, and budget costs.
  • Participate in 3D model reviews, constructability studies, and provide construction-related inputs.
  • Coordinate engineering disciplines for BOQ/tendering, estimate costs, and analyze technical bids.
  • Oversee billing schedules, progress reviews, contractor bill processing, and project closeout.
  • Resolve technical and contractual project queries and manage documentation for claims/escalations.
  • Lead project teams, refine project management processes, and ensure efficient delivery from conceptualization through QA and handover.

Requirements

  • High-level communication, decision-making, and technical field skills.
  • Expert coordination of cost, time, and quality parameters; MIS reporting; contractor billing and rate negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and Primavera.
