Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with our founders and Head of Implementation to develop cutting-edge solutions for our customers.

This role combines AI integration and no-code implementation, perfect for technically-minded professionals who want to transition from pure development into client-facing work while implementing the latest technology using our platform.

We serve customers primarily in the US market, delivering enterprise AI solutions that transform how businesses operate. Our team is constantly testing and learning the latest AI tools and frameworks to provide our customers with the latest capabilities to help them with their day-to-day work.

About the Role
  • Founder-Level Collaboration: Work shoulder to shoulder with one of our founders and Head of Implementation to tackle complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions.
  • Customer-Driven Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  • New Technology Implementation: Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
  • No-Code Solution Building: Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers.
  • Platform Mastery & Enhancement: Become an expert in our platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities within client workflows and implement them using our no-code tools and AI capabilities.
  • Client Success Management: Manage a portfolio of 8-15 clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts using our no-code environment to validate client requirements.
  • Feedback Integration: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to our product team about platform enhancements and new feature needs.
