Network Infrastructure Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Monitor and report on network performance, including ISP/DC/DR/MPLS/P2P link monitoring and availability & utilization reporting.
  • Manage firewall access and security operations, including IP whitelisting, blocking malware IPs as per SOC, and firewall rule base reviews.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, including taking and restoring backups of DC/DR/HO/NDR network devices and VLAN modifications on L2 switches.
  • Manage access and user permissions, including domain ID & VPN deactivation for on-role/off-role users and admin access review & reporting.
  • Perform load balancer operations, including backup & rule configuration on LB and creating new application rules.
  • Handle incidents and changes, including handling L1 incidents via mails/calls and preparing & implementing RFCs.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in network infrastructure management.
