Role Overview

You will shape the company's future by driving strategic growth, scaling business models and designing innovative solutions that transform intra-city living in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy: Define business roadmaps, competitive positioning and market expansion strategies.
  • Growth: Build partnerships, accelerate user acquisition and scale revenue through data-driven insights and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Finance: Lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relations and develop financial planning strategies.
  • Leadership: Make informed decisions and guide the company alongside the founder to achieve long-term goals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in investments, strategy consulting or growth leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong network in the VC, PE or startup ecosystem with access to capital and resources.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch and take ownership of projects.
  • A passion for solving real-world problems and scaling businesses that impact millions of people.
  • A willingness to bring investment to the startup and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
