City Business Head Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a City Business Head. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the city.

About the Role:

The City Business Head will be responsible for leading our business operations in the city, including sales, marketing, and customer service. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the retail or ecommerce industry.
  • Impressive knowledge of the retail and ecommerce industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
