Urban Operations Manager

To drive facilities excellence and deliver a seamless employee experience, we seek an accomplished Urban Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing facilities services and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy to minimize costs and risks.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in facilities management, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement. They will collaborate with local agencies, landlords, and stakeholders to develop and execute programs that boost productivity and pride among employees.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing facilities services and ensuring they meet operational needs
- Developing and implementing a Human Experience Roadmap to foster employee engagement
- Crafting a compelling client engagement strategy that drives business results
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering effective communication strategies
The successful candidate will be a team player with exceptional leadership skills, able to motivate and develop their team members. They will be responsible for maintaining high staff morale, trust, and work ethics, as well as acting as a coach and manager to the team.
Reporting is also a key aspect of this role, with the successful candidate accountable for generating monthly performance reports and reviewing financial reports, including accruals and variance analysis.
