Growth Functional Lead – Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, the Growth Functional Lead will be responsible for spearheading efforts to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products.
Developing Strategies:
The Growth Functional Lead will develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels including mobile app, website, and other platforms.
Driving Growth:
Drive Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention for APP and Web. Develop and implement growth strategies for monetization use cases, currently Personal Loans.
Performance Metrics:
Responsibility for delivering month on month Personal Loan Volumes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Manage and coordinate with key platform partners such as Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to facilitate co-marketing and promotional activities.
Innovation and Experimentation:
Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- A deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and digital apps interaction.
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and growth tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in devising and executing growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Personal Loan monetization is preferable.
- Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of programming/scripting for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
