  • Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.

Project Planning and Estimation

  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for the completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of projects.

Technical Specification Development

  • Transform business function requirements into technical program specifications to code, test, and debug programs.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, systems, integration, and acceptance tests, as well as testing tools for functions of high complexity.

Performance Optimization

  • Perform performance tuning to improve performance across multiple functions.

Collaboration and Solution Delivery

  • Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.

System Integration and Monitoring

  • Ensure integration system activities, including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability, and archiving), meet all SLAs.

Operational Support and Maintenance

  • Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on-call support as required by the team.

SAP Integration Optimization

  • Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.

Mentoring and Coaching

  • Mentor and coach junior developer resources.

Consulting Services

  • Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
