The Process Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional payroll control and pension reconciliation services to clients.
As a Process Executive, you will be working closely with other teams to ensure that all payroll and pension-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
This includes processing daily workload, identifying and raising any mismatches that need correction, and liaising with other teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure. Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills are also essential for this role.
The role requires proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience using multiple EQ pensions administration systems. A basic understanding of UK Tax system is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality payroll control and pension reconciliation services to clients
- Processing daily workload, including reconciling payments and client bank account records
- Identifying potential problems and risks associated with bulk transactions, reports, and systems
- Liaising with other teams to resolve any issues that may arise
