About the Role

Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we are seeking a skilled Backend/Full-stack Developer to join our team.

This is an opportunity for a talented engineer with MERN expertise to take ownership of their work and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Design backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

We require:

  • 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
