Job Title: Workflow Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled automation specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end automation systems that streamline our operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating tools into seamless workflows, replacing manual admin processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement document automations for receipts, contracts, audit packs, and authority forms.
  • Build workflows for one-click actions using Slack commands, such as /receipt, /contract, /auditpack, etc.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM fields, automations, and deal stages to improve efficiency.
  • Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF to email to Drive storage.
  • Integrate DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows.
  • Develop onboarding workflows for Property Management tools, including PropertyMe/MRI.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI-powered classification.
  • Build compliance workflows, including intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, and SLA trackers.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.
  • Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, plus training for internal users.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms, including Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation, preferably in Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation, including Docs, Drive, and Sheets.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools, including PropertyMe/MRI and BGL Simple Fund 360.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows, particularly in finance, property, or legal.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent documentation habits.
