About the Role

This is a highly sought-after position for an experienced Voice and Accent Coach to lead our team in delivering exceptional language and soft skills training.

As a Voice and Accent Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized training programs that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between effective communication and client satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver impactful voice and accent coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored training solutions
  • Analyze performance gaps and develop targeted interventions
  • Provide leadership in transaction monitoring processes
  • Develop and implement measurement systems to assess language effectiveness
  • Create engaging content using instructional design principles
  • Presentation and delivery of bespoke courses as required
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language and Soft Skills Training Expertise:
  • Proven experience in voice and accent coaching, including strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • A high level of organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
