Executive Residences Coordinator

A seasoned professional is required to oversee the front office functions and lead a team of staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest services and front desk goals, including managing day-to-day operations to meet quality standards and developing specific goals and plans to prioritize tasks.

In addition, the successful applicant will support the management of the front desk team by supervising staffing levels to meet operational needs and encouraging open communication among team members.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, improving service through effective communication with guests, and implementing customer recognition and service programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to analyze information to solve problems. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with 2 years of experience in guest services or a related field, is required. Relevant education may include Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solicit employee feedback and address concerns
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring of new employees
