Job Title: Cloud Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical business systems. As a software detective, you will identify and resolve complex issues within multiple components of these systems.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring seamless application operation. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, all while maintaining a focus on enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and become an SME.
  • Active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Cloud Compute Services.
  • Strong understanding of container orchestration and management.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Kubernetes is required.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
