Cloud Operations Expert

This role focuses on managing cloud services and ensuring seamless system functionality. A strong understanding of cloud computing is essential for success in this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee deployments, patching, and changes across partner and internal cloud environments to meet compliance and partner requirements.
  • Create and manage secure cloud environments for emerging business units.
  • Conduct regular disaster recovery drills for both internal and partner cloud systems.
  • Develop and maintain consistent and secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Automate scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Respond promptly to alerts to ensure high availability of systems and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external security issues, resolving them within defined service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize operations by handling routine tasks.
  • Manage audits by creating detailed documentation and automation for streamlined processes.
  • Establish standard operating procedures, runbooks, dashboards, and alerts for effective operations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration by assisting developers with deployment and alert-related issues.
