Job Description:

This position with the accounts receivable team entails components of accounting, governance, compliances, and customer interactions. The resource will work closely with stakeholders from multiple groups within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a governance process for accurate revenue recognition and compliance with contracts.
  • Maintain documentation for reporting to internal management and investors.
  • Establish a month close process and record accounting entries.
  • Ensure on-time collections from customers.
  • Manage customer interactions and relationships.
  • Generate invoices and credit notes in line with contractual terms.
  • Update month-end schedules and reports.
  • Prepare schedules for audit and resolve queries related to vendor management and asset management.

Experience and Requirements:

  • MBA Finance or Commerce Graduate with expertise in accounting.
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable/asset management.
  • Working knowledge of local financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Maturity to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • High degree of ownership.
