Procurement Professional

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to join our team in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives.

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in procurement and vendor development is required. Experience in auditing and supplier development is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Sourcing components needed for the production of electromagnetic flowmeters, including commodities such as rubber, plastic, paint-resin-hardener, coils, small castings & machined parts.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Implementing data analytics tools to optimize sourcing decisions.
  • Conducting local supplier benchmarks and negotiations.
  • Establishing transparency in cost and value of supplied components.
  • Contributing to product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Actively contributing to the supply chain resilience by identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Firm believer in collaboration with relevant stakeholders including suppliers and customers.
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi languages.
