Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Job Overview:

A Supply Chain Planning Specialist designs and implements efficient supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This role involves working remotely but may require business travel.

The specialist works directly with clients to understand their business needs, configures effective supply chain planning solutions, and collaborates with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their operational requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business needs, and system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects in designing complex solutions while maintaining industry best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capturing user feedback.
  • Manage data integration-related activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Research with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Supply Chain Planning Specialist level 1 is mandatory. Higher certifications are beneficial.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse(Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are advantageous.
