About the Role
  • Strong networking skills in the medical/healthcare ecosystem are required.
  • Medical sales representatives, freelancers, and retired pharma professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • A smartphone and a bike (preferably) are necessary for field visits.
  • Travel is required but not too frequent.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesDoctor Onboarding
  • Approach independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across the city.
  • Explain how our platform can benefit them:
    • Increase patient footfall via online visibility and referral network.
    • Join our discounted consultation and cashback program.
    • Access easy referrals for labs and home-delivered medicines.
  • Collect doctor's details, license, clinic timings, and consultation fee.
  • List them on our platform.
  • E nsure first appointment or patient referral is completed (for payout).
Lab & Medical Store Onboarding
  • Onboard diagnostic labs and medicine stores near the onboarded doctors.
  • Explain our platform benefits:
    • Partner with listed doctors for patient referrals.
    • Enable discounted tests and medicine billing.
    • Use our free PMS (Pharmacy Management System) if applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of lab and store data.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management is required.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
