Senior MES Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

As a Senior MES Solutions Specialist, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of TrakSys MES solutions tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze manufacturing process requirements, customize and configure TrakSys workflows, data collection, and reporting modules, and integrate TrakSys MES with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of TrakSys MES solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze manufacturing process requirements.
  3. Customize and configure TrakSys workflows, data collection, and reporting modules.
  4. Integrate TrakSys MES with other enterprise systems, including SAP.
  5. Provide expert support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues.
  6. Mentor and guide junior team members on TrakSys best practices and technical skills.
  7. Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality controls through MES.

Requirements:

  • Extensive expertise in TrakSys, preferably versions 11 and 12.
  • Strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their implementation.
  • Experience working with complex MES environments in manufacturing industries.
  • Deep understanding of MES architecture and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain MES platforms to ensure smooth operations.
