Forensic Accounting Specialist

- The ideal candidate will have experience in FCPA Compliance, Internal Controls, Forensics, fraud risk management and mitigation strategies.
- They will also be responsible for reviewing Anti-Bribery Policy, conducting Asset Tracking, developing Anti-Fraud and Anti-Control Programs, performing Due Diligence, managing Conflict of Interest, Related Party, Compliance, and Controls.
- A forensic manager will examine financial documents for signs of fraudulent activities, investigate complex transactions, and prepare detailed reports on audit findings and proposed solutions.
- Additional responsibilities include auditing financial transactions and account details for compliance, interviewing key stakeholders for information and transaction context, collaborating with legal teams for court proceedings and expert testimony, developing forensic audit programs and control systems, staying up-to-date with auditing techniques, methods, and legal changes, maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial records, and identifying discrepancies, detecting fraud, and investigating financial misconduct.
