As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will drive the development and deployment of sophisticated analytics solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams.

Main Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and deploy data-driven insights tailored to business needs using advanced analytics tools.
• Work closely with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Implement data integration workflows using scripting languages and automation services.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
• Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 7-11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in advanced analytics development and architecture.
• Strong command over features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
