Analytics Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives and develop cutting-edge AI solutions.

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and integrate ML solutions into existing technology stacks.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and applying advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in analytics, ML, and AI, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision, with experience working on production projects. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ML/DL solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Huggingface, SpaCy, AWS/Azure, MLOps, FastAPI, and Docker/Kubernetes.

Education and Experience:

8+ years of relevant experience in ML/DL is required, preferably with a technical background. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is also necessary.
