Salesforce Developer

Our organization is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce development, particularly Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations.

  • The role requires detailed analysis of business requirements through stakeholders to develop effective solutions on Salesforce.com.
  • Maintenance, configuration, and testing of the CRM platform, management of deadlines, and production of technical documentation are also key responsibilities.
  • Best data solutions should be provided by working closely with other teams for performing data reviews to develop effective CRM solutions.
  • Taking ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code aligned with project timelines is essential.
  • Providing Salesforce product knowledge and developing the Salesforce platform as required is also crucial.
  • Regular training on the CRM platform to all stakeholders of the organization must be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain the security and integrity of the application software is necessary.
Key Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in IT or a related field and Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I are mandatory qualifications.
  • Well-experienced individuals in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Experience cloud, and other Salesforce.com standard features are ideal candidates.
  • 4-5 years of experience with Salesforce products is highly desirable.
  • Design and implementation of APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc. are necessary skills.
  • Implementation experience on LWC and Experience cloud is a must-have.
