Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant. A highly skilled professional is needed to design, implement and optimize customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects, and Calculated Insights in Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Develop secure and scalable ETL/integration pipelines for real-time and batch data ingestion.
  • Configure Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activation workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build unified customer profiles for Sales, Service, and Marketing use cases.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of Salesforce experience, 1+ year in Data Cloud/CDP/Genie, 4+ years in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC, and Integration is a must. Expertise in using Force.com capabilities in configuring and customizing salesforce application as per business needs. Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and working with large datasets. Strong understanding of Customer 360, data modeling, and identity resolution. Familiar with integrations (APIs, Mulesoft, ETL tools). Agile/Scrum project experience. Azure Devops for meta data deployment. Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established delivery schedule. Well-versed in preparing the technical design for components within a given module based on requirements. Certified in Salesforce Data Cloud.

Preferred Skills:
Agentforce Specialist certification. Experience with Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS.
