Physiotherapy Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapy Educator to join our team. As a key member of our academic faculty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Teach anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy subjects to students through theory and practical sessions
    • Use relatable examples and interactive methods to enhance understanding and student engagement
  • Mentor and Guide Students
    • Regularly track student performance and provide personalized guidance to address academic challenges
    • Offer timely interventions to support both academic and behavioral growth
  • Supportive Learning Environment
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication and participation
    • Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking
    • Conduct assessments and maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback
    • Ensure consistent communication with the corporate academic team for student progress updates
  • Adhere to Academic Standards
    • Adhere to institutional policies and uphold training quality
    • Continuously work on self-improvement to provide students with the best learning experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy
  • Experience: 1+ year in teaching or working as a physiotherapist
  • Skills: Good communication, passion for teaching, friendly and patient with students, basic computer and tech skills
