Job Brief

The Guest Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and welcoming experiences for high-profile guests at the airport. This involves overseeing day-to-day operations, guaranteeing prompt and courteous service, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Review: Conduct regular reviews of previous day's operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Short-Term Planning: Develop and coordinate short-term operational activities, including event planning, VIP protocol arrangements, and execution of planned/unplanned events with internal and external agencies.
  • SOP Development: Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for Guest Relations operations.
  • Admin Support: Ensure upkeep of infrastructure and consumables, maintain coordination with government agencies, concessioners, and industry bodies, and represent the organization in advance protocol coordination.
Team Environment Management
  • Team Management: Lead the Guest Relations team, including manpower allocation, shift rostering, leave management, and performance appraisals.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, conduct regular interactions with team members, and initiate corrective action/escalation as needed.
