Job Title: Government Sales Lead
Overview of the Role:
- Lead strategic engagement with central and state ministries, public sector undertakings, and defense/public communication departments.
- Develop integrated media campaigns tailored to government objectives, and present them to key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government tenders and contracts, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and media strategists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key qualifications include 6-15 years of experience in government sales, PSU engagement, media strategy, or public sector consulting. Proven success in securing and managing large-scale government/PSU contracts is also required.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and skills can be considered in lieu of formal education.
