Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and performance management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to fill open positions efficiently.
    • Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering employment packages, and onboarding new hires.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Process employee payroll accurately and ensure timely distribution of paychecks.
    • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
    • Manage the performance appraisal process, working with appraisers to set goals, provide feedback, and conduct rating and calibration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Meticulous and organized individual.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working experience in a multinational environment and business communication with overseas offices preferred.
