Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop employee retention and engagement framework tactics & strategy
  • Lead a team of passionate ER/BHR professionals in multiple locations
  • Develop processes to handle employee grievances/pain-points
  • Develop performance management processes for various levels

  • Work closely with cross functional organizational leaders to inculcate a employee centric framework

  • Domestic BPO Experience MANDATORY
