Digital Marketing Executive

Role Summary:

Fermenta Biotech is seeking a Marketing Professional to drive cross-functional responsibilities providing marketing support for the company's business divisions and managing marketing requirements.

The position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective external and internal communications, supporting the company spokesperson, and promoting business functions and marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ideation and execution of promotional material and exhibition management
• Support to business functions and marketing campaign
• Design, development, and execution of communications across paid, earned, shared, and owned media channels

Digital Marketing/Awareness Initiatives:

• Agency Related/Self Curated-Medico-marketing e-newsletter execution
• Content writing of various social media platforms for Vitamin D awareness initiatives
• Tracking and reporting critical social media campaign parameters
• Management of Fermenta website and Vitamin D Guru digital initiative

New Product Digital Initiatives:

• Strategizing campaigns through Fermenta's digital handles
• Monitoring and curation of social media content
• Ideation and execution for digital and on-ground activities

Business Support:

• Support business development team through customer outreach initiatives, promotional material, and advertising across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food, veterinary & feed applications
• Vitamin D3 portfolio
• Customised Premixes
• Biotechnology
• Environmental Solutions

Customer Communication:

• Drafting uniform communications for updating customers/partners on Fermenta's new activities/news/events/business updates
• Creation of customized region-specific communication for customers in close coordination with the business development team

Event Management:

• Managing end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of internal events along with various internal stakeholders
• Assisting in external business development events management such as trade shows, expos, conferences, and exhibitions

External Communication:

• Drive content development for articles from the MD/VP's desk either self-curated or agency related
• Drive research and data gathering for various topics relevant to the industry for leadership roundtables and events

Press Releases & Media Relations:

• Preparation of press releases for business updates in close coordination with the relevant technical team
• Coordination, drafting, and editing of answers to questionnaires and sponsored articles

Internal Communication Support for Investor Relations:

• Annual report: Compilation of cross-functional data on company's activities and editing of the draft from the agency
• Investor relations presentation: Regular updating the investor relations presentation

Awards and Recognitions:

• Data compilation, entry form filling, and presentations for award nominations
• Creating supporting documents in coordination with respective departments

Internal Communication:

• MD/VP office: Dissemination of MD/VP's address to the organization and translation of the same
• Customized communications from MD/VP's desk for special occasions

Intranet:

• Involvement in setting up and maintenance of Fermenta's Intranet
• Ensuring regular updates on intranet post go-live

Human Resources:

• Support for HR team for internal employee mailers
• Complete documentation support for Great Place to Work- entry
• Drafting of letters to employees on outstanding performance

Other Channels for Internal Communication:

• Ensuring employees are updated on business updates, news, and other important announcements through internal channels of communication
• Management of corporate communications ID for internal mailing

Market Research:

• Carry out primary and secondary market research for new product evaluation
• Assist in competitor analysis and market mapping
• Tracking products/ingredients of interest for the latest market updates

Other Corporate Initiatives:

• CSR-related management
• Fermenta's Trademarks: Monitoring, follow-up, and tracking of trademarks in coordination with the legal team

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• B Pharm/M Pharm/Bachelors' or Masters in Life Sciences
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing/General Management from a reputed institute
• Previous working experience as a marketing specialist for 5-7 years in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical ingredient manufacturing industry
