Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide critical HR services to our business. As an HR People Partner, you will play a key role in supporting local operations and contributing to the company's success.

  • Demand Management: Collaborate with strategic partners to plan and manage project demand across the function.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution and managing pro-active relationship improvements.
  • CASE Management: Deliver case management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business unit needs.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.

You will work closely with global centers of excellence, HR shared services, and HR operations to deliver outstanding HR services to colleagues and business leaders.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in HR or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
  • Experience working in a global organization
