Associate Dentist Role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a dentist with 2–3 years of clinical experience who is eager to grow.

  • Job Description:
  • Assisting on advanced cases and learning our philosophy and protocols.
  • Gradually moving to handling smaller cases and eventually growing into larger restorative and aesthetic treatments.
  • Working closely with our leadership on comprehensive cases, including lab communication, documentation, and digital smile design.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive dental care: diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, and preventive care.
  • Assisting on advanced full-mouth and aesthetic cases.
  • Managing digital workflows, documentation, and lab communication.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and record-keeping.
  • Qualifications:
  • BDS degree (MDS preferred but not required).
  • Current dental license to practice in India.
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient management.
  • Team-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous learning.
