This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients via phone calls. You will work as part of a team to deliver a first-class, professional customer service experience using various communication methods.
The primary goal is to resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints at the first point of contact.
You will utilize your skills to assess and resolve customer issues, manage customer interactions, and maintain effective work procedures according to client process workflows and company policy guidelines.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve processes and contribute to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints over the phone
- Managing and updating customer interactions daily
- Achieving key performance targets
- Maintaining efficiency measures in accordance with performance targets and process guidelines
- Utilizing business tools and industry knowledge updates to identify problem areas and document business requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a dynamic and innovative environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
- Graduation from any stream
- 1-4 years of experience in International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process preferably in patient handling or AR calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve customer queries in the first point of contact
- Focused on delivering a positive customer experience
- Neutral accent and good adaptation to US culture
- Active listening skills
- Good data entry & typing skills
