About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Quality Assurance and Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring the highest quality standards in construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective work procedures to ensure site progress.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain knowledge of quality control systems, including lab testing and apparatus.
  • Understand contract terms and conditions related to quality aspects.

Quality Assurance System:

  • Establish and maintain a quality assurance system at the site, working closely with planning engineers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide information on third-party testing costs, QC lab setup, and maintenance while preparing ACE documents.
  • Maintain accurate quality-oriented records during project execution.

Material Testing and Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular material testing as per checklists, specifications, or contract agreements.
  • Coordinate with billing engineers for test record submission whenever bills are raised.
  • Monitor and rectify quality defects in projects through close collaboration with the execution team.

Consultation and Reporting:

  • Regularly monitor day-to-day activities related to quality in consultation with project managers, clients, or consultants.
  • Continuously inspect workmanship regarding line, level, and plumb of structures.
  • Attend review meetings with clients or consultants as required.
  • Prepare and submit reports specified in the Quality Policy Manual.
