Key Role: System Administrator

This role involves planning, implementing and maintaining the day-to-day administration of computer systems and networks.

  • Configure internal systems to ensure secure and efficient operation
  • Detect and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
  • Supervise the team in charge of operations, ensuring they meet their objectives
  • Plan for upgrading network infrastructure, servers and devices to improve performance
  • Implement new systems and technology as required by the business
  • Provide training to system users on the usage of the systems and applications
  • Maintain records of server performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that new software and hardware are properly deployed
  • Document technical information accurately
About This Role:

We are looking for a skilled individual to work with us as an Associate System Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring internal systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, supervising the Operations team and more.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. System Administration: Configure internal systems to ensure secure and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshooting: Detect and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  3. Team Supervision: Supervise the team in charge of operations, ensuring they meet their objectives.
  4. Infrastructure Upgrades: Plan for upgrading network infrastructure, servers and devices to improve performance.
  5. Implementation: Implement new systems and technology as required by the business.
  6. User Training: Provide training to system users on the usage of the systems and applications.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Maintain records of server performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Deployment: Ensure that new software and hardware are properly deployed.
  9. Documentation: Document technical information accurately.
