Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical data. This includes tracking and controlling project-specific and departmental documents, reviewing CRFs and project-specific documents, and initiating and reviewing project-specific DMTMF and e-filing.

  • Track and control project-specific and departmental documents
  • Review CRFs and project-specific documents
  • Initiate and review project-specific DMTMF and e-filing
  • Prepare project-specific documents
  • Handle client and team requests/issues in coordination with the Project Manager
  • Coordinate with Clinical Data Associates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to design robust databases
  • Perform procedure verification as part of database validation
  • Create, review, process, and track Data Clarification Forms and update clinical databases to ensure data validity according to the protocol
  • Conduct manual data listings as needed
  • Assist in maintaining documents for Pre-production and Pre-lock audits
  • Provide training to subordinates on project and process specifics
  • Act as a backup for the Data Manager
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing departmental SOPs
  • Perform basic QC functions for departmental activities
  • Ensure SOP compliance in project deliverables
  • Adhere to applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and policies for conducting delegated activities
