Job Title: Chief Communications Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our communications efforts in India. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy to strengthen brand presence and positioning in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive external communication strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships as a spokesperson.
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale.
  • Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution.
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media, social media, or employer branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PRCA, IABC).
  • Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (including English, Hindi, and regional dialects).
