Job Title: Enterprise Strategy Manager

The role of the Enterprise Strategy Manager is to spearhead key enterprise-wide initiatives, encompassing business planning and change management. This entails identifying strategic issues facing the organization and providing insights and recommendations.

The successful candidate will conceptualize, design, and execute key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders. They will also be responsible for forecasting strategic and operational variables, simulating and creating best-fit plans based on market profiles, and monitoring relevant metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving key enterprise-wide initiatives (including business planning and change management)
  • Identify key strategic issues facing the organization and give insights and recommendations
  • Conceptualize, design and execute key enterprise wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders
  • Forecast strategic and operational variables
  • SIMULATE AND CREATE BEST FIT PLANS BASED ON MARKET PROFILE
  • Monitoring metrics that are relevant to Strategic planning
  • Responsible for managing periodical reporting of Strategy performance
  • Coordinate with internal functions for driving planning activities
Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Good understanding of data management and collection, modelling, and interpretation across complex data sets
  • Good understanding of Financial statements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail
  • Should have excellent presentation skills and ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them
  • Strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background and lateral thinker

Preferred Qualification: Full-time MBA from tiered Business school / CA. Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE.
