Job Description:
MSR India Ltd. is a pioneering company in the manufacturing of seamless copper water bottles under the brand name Dr. Copper. Our product boasts unique features including a patented design, absence of competitors, and affordable pricing for consumers, along with innovative packaging and numerous health benefits.

We seek a young and dynamic individual with self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar business line, handling a minimum of Rs. 200Cr turnover per annum, and be familiar with distribution modes such as super stockiest, distributors, and retailers. The successful candidate will be entrusted with specific goals that must be achieved. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and managing the general trade.
  • Key account management for the aforementioned sales categories, including cash and carry formats.
  • Developing a roadmap independently and consistently exceeding primary and secondary sales targets through distributors and sales teams on a monthly basis.
  • Meeting volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time, and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and staff.
  • Guiding Business Development Officers in appointing and sustaining profitable distributor partners.
  • Staff recruitment.
  • Target-based performance.
  • Appointing new distributors for all the aforementioned categories.
  • Analyzing market trends, pricing, and competitor movements while maintaining sales performance.
  • Managing sales teams and distributors, ensuring the achievement of targets.
  • Establishing ties with super markets, retail outlets, corporate offices, pharmacy stores, gift article shops, automobile industry, satsang, and large private and government institutions.
  • Planning and implementing product demos, local campaigns, and sales promotions for various star hotels, service apartments, housing societies, and corporate entities.
  • Ability to appoint a sales force under their supervision.
  • Participating in exhibitions and events.
  • Preparing pitches, conducting events, and presentations for generating sales.
  • Developing strong relationships with key customers and trade partners.
  • Preparing indent and ensuring material availability with coordination from the Commercial and Logistics Department.
  • MIS reports for all sales channels.
