Job Title: Data Center Specialist

A career opportunity for skilled professionals to work on cutting-edge Cisco projects has arisen. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data center technologies, including ACI, Nexus, and UCS.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Specialist to support our initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

The role involves hands-on implementation, migration, and support of complex infrastructure projects across the PDIM lifecycle: Plan, Design, Implement, Migrate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading or supporting deployments in ACI (Single site, Multi-site, Multi-pod)
  • Deploying and supporting Nexus architectures (3-tier, collapsed core, VXLAN with L2/L3 stretch and DCI)
  • Implementing and managing compute infrastructure (Cisco UCS, MDS)
  • Supporting virtualization platforms (VMware, Red Hat)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and documentation
  • Participating in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data center technologies
  • Strong expertise in Cisco ACI, Nexus, and UCS (2 of 3 is acceptable)
  • Familiarity with VXLAN, DCI, and virtualization platforms
  • Experience with AI-ready infrastructure is a plus
  • Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Certifications preferred: CCNP, CCIE (written or certified)
