Lead Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our design and engineering efforts for Railway Axle Counter solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical expertise in fail-safe signalling products, embedded systems, and RAMS analysis.

  • Key responsibilities include providing design and engineering support for Railway Axle Counter solutions, leading validation and verification activities, liaising with stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis of product failures, managing engineering documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for project management and design support.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of fail-safe signalling product design (HW/SW) and embedded systems, as well as hands-on understanding of EN, IEC, IS standards and railway signalling concepts. They will also be proficient in RAMS methodologies including MTBF, RBD, FTA, and reliability calculations, and be able to deliver technical presentations and engineering support to stakeholders.

Requirements include a minimum of 10 years' experience in the Railway Signalling domain, a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication or a related field, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels.
