Financial Solution Specialist

As a Financial Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's future by participating actively in the account payable process project. You will analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions for relevant business processes, taking ownership of the implementation process from gathering requirements to production release.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop documentation and presentations showcasing the business value of proposed solutions.
  2. Collaborate with other IT product teams for seamless integration.
  3. Prepare functional concepts for SAP integration with other systems.
  4. Support business operations by resolving incidents and fixing bugs and malfunctions in SAP.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in FICO, with at least 4 full life cycle implementations.
  • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills to manage sub-projects, identify critical points, and lead meetings.
  • Detailed understanding of SAP change requests and projects, including governance, working with release managers and project managers.
  • Conduct workshops, lead international teams, and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions.
  • Develop functional and technical documentation.
  • Work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Specific Expectations:
  1. Strong knowledge of account payable processes to understand current gaps and propose standard-based solutions.
  2. Ability to analyze complex processes impacting MAP, such as purchase returns, period-end activities, GR/IR clearing.
  3. Good understanding of SAP integration technologies like API, EDI, and integration suites.
  4. Experience working with OCR applications.
  5. Expertise in bank application functionalities, including Dmee and bank reconciliation, with knowledge of cash concentration being an advantage.
  6. Deep knowledge of Controlling module structure, objects, planning, and actual processes.
  7. Profit center structure and rules definition, along with splitting modules for financial statutory reports.
