**Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Solution (FCCS) Specialist**

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS professional to join our team as a specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidation, close processes, and reporting.

About the Role:
  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within FCCS, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, design, and basic configuration for Tagetik-based consolidation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support, including financial consolidation, reporting, and metadata management.
  • Solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience working with Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView, including data visualization and analytics.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
