Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and a deep understanding of financial consolidation and close processes, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts using Oracle FCCS for strategic business planning and decision-making.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM, specifically in financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle FCCS, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
