Job Summary:A Program Manager role at a fast-growing company focused on building fashion and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, tracking, and improvement of core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and operational teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflow management.
  • Develop and refine workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency.
  • Lead projects focusing on process improvement, automation, and scalability in operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams to drive business growth.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution, with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong collaboration skills.
