Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Process Operations Specialist to support our Reporting function in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires minimal supervision and involves the following key responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Management: posting entries to purchase ledger and sales ledger.
  • Account Reconciliations, Periodic Closing, and Reports of Business Units as per set deadlines.
  • Commercial Transactions: invoice raising.
  • Cash Management: preparation and obtaining approval for payments.
  • Periodic Activities: posting periodic accruals, prepayments, inter-company, and depreciation journals.

The ideal candidate will possess Chartered Accountant/ACCA Part-Qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance Background, minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, and proficiency in English communication. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, focus on internal and external client needs, remain calm under pressure, deliver on commitments with urgency, work with integrity, think critically, and build positive working relationships.
