Purchase and Export Manager Opportunity

This role involves managing the entire purchase and export process from researching vendors to delivering products.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Researching and comparing offers from suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of purchased products.
  2. Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and other agreement details with vendors.
  3. Monitoring orders and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
  4. Reviewing product quality to meet business standards.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
  6. Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses and market trends.
  7. Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory management.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. They must also be able to analyze data and make informed decisions about vendor selection and pricing strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control. You must also be proficient in using relevant software and systems to track and manage orders, shipments, and vendor information.
