About the Opportunity

Supply Chain Optimization Leader will anchor the automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem.

This role will drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team by:

  • Driving the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Designing and managing the roadmap for dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in enabling supply growth by designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving the adoption of analytics tools across the business. This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

Key responsibilities include automating manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. The Supply Chain Optimization Leader will leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities. Collaboration with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams is required to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
