Supply Chain Professional

You are a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management. You proactively manage operations with a mindset for process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Development & Compliance
  • Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and internal standards to ensure operational procedures meet regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement SOPs to drive continuous improvement and streamline processes.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Project Management
  • Identify and execute projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Analyze root causes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and drive measurable improvements to reduce Supply Chain Cost Spend.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including lead time, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  • Create dashboards and analytical reports to inform business decisions.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support the procurement of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Evaluate, qualify, and manage vendors to ensure timely material availability.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or a similar regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology (B Tech) or Pharmacy (B Pharma) or an MBA in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and analytics platforms.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
